I am a software developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions that make people's lives easier.

When I'm not coding, I love to unwind by spending time doing things that I enjoy. One of my favorite activities is reading books, which allows me to escape into different worlds and learn new things. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, where I can relax and recharge my batteries by soaking up the sun and listening to the sound of the waves. Additionally, I like to stay active by inline skating and biking, which is not only fun, but also a great way to stay in shape and improve my balance and coordination.

Mark serves as an Instructor in the College of Technology and Engineering at Cebu Technological University – San Francisco, Camotes Campus. He previously held faculty positions in Business Education and Information Systems and has experience as an ICT Coordinator and IT instructor in both private and higher education institutions. Across these roles, he has consistently contributed to curriculum development, instructional innovation, and the integration of emerging technologies into academic programs.

His technical expertise includes Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software systems analysis and design, web development, database modeling, computer hardware systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals. In the area of cybersecurity, he focuses on secure system design, risk awareness, data protection practices, and the integration of security principles into software and network environments. His background in Computer Hardware Servicing (Cebu Technological University) and Consumer Electronics Servicing (TESDA) reflects a strong foundation in hands-on technical diagnostics and systems maintenance.
